During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the quiet and modern location of the hotel. the stunning ocean view from the apartment and the friendly staff made our stay memorable. We also appreciated the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet that offered a good variety of options.
The lack of free parking spaces available at night and the additional cost of underground parking. We also found the furniture in the apartment to be outdated and damaged, and the bathroom poorly finished.

Staff very friendly, room clean
Personnel did not speak German as described

We liked the heated pool very much. The apartment was comfortable with a good view. There were also German programmes on television.
The equipment with crockery was modest. The built-in dining table is too high, or the chairs are too low. Those who arrive after 17 o'clock in the evening hardly get a parking place in the whole area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff, especially the waiters, were very friendly and provided excellent service. The pool was heated, and there were plenty of sun loungers. I also enjoyed the roof terrace for when I wanted to relax in the shade. The kitchen was good and the walk-in shower was great. The hotel was conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from the main area of the city. There were also more restaurants in the nearby area, and I even walked to a lovely golden sandy beach towards Playa Del Ingles along the sea level.
No negatives from this place.

This budget hotel is located on top of a hill in Playa del Aguila, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the bustling city center. It is conveniently situated for those wanting to explore nearby attractions, such as Puerto Mogan or Playa del Ingles, which are easily accessible by taxi. the rooms are clean and spacious, offering comfortable beds and ample storage space. Guests can enjoy the facilities and advantages of the hotel, such as the two pools and the helpful staff.
Guests should be aware that the hotel lacks a restaurant and bar on site, limiting dining options within the premises.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel (apartments). Smaller shortcomings, but all visible in the Gotelbeschreibung!

My xmas at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean, with ample storage and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a grocery store nearby. We loved being able to explore the local area and try different restaurants.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The pool area became shaded in the afternoon, making it difficult to enjoy the sun.

the only good thing about it is that the rooms are very nice
Water in the pool was dirty and salty (shouldn't be). Breakfast every single day the same very limited and products were the lowest quality, not fresh, far away from everything and anywhere. Not recommended

This hotel offers great value for money and is located in a quiet area of Gran Canaria. The rooms are spacious and come with a separate bedroom, complete with 2 single beds pushed together. The balcony offers great views and the self-catering facilities are a convenient feature. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast includes delicious Spanish specialties.
All in all, everything was fine.
